BREWING INSTRUCTIONS WITH OUR FILTERS Place OVALWARE Stainless Steel Filter in a carafe or dripper. (The OVALWARE RJ3 Pour Over Coffee Maker is an ideal companion to the OVALWARE Stainless Steel Filter) Fill the filter with medium or medium-fine coffee ground. Recommended ground-to-water ratio is 1:16. First, pour just enough hot water to wet all of the coffee grounds and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then slowly pour in a spiral motion to get the perfect cup! Recommended water temperature is between 195°F to 205°F based on the coffee bean used.
