Our Decaf Organic is our first medium-roast decaf offering. It our brightest decaf, with an acidic pop at the front of the cup with notes of dried mango. In the middle, the acidity begins to taper off as the cup transitions mild spice notes of sweet cinnamon. The finish is long and sweet with cream soda sweetness lingering in the aftertaste. Like our other decafs, this coffee is incredibly flavorful. If you believe medium roast decaf has to be thin and weak, this coffee will challenge what you think about decaf. The green coffee is soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee’s particular flavor.
